Introducing our recent project, the Standing Seam Metal Roof in Somerset, KY. Located at a beautiful lake home on Lake Cumberland, this project involved a new home addition with a ground-up build that nearly doubled the size of the house. The addition included a black standing seam roof and Hardie board and batten siding, offering better leak protection but with a higher price tag compared to standard metal roofs. Although the manufacturing and installation costs are nearly double that of a high rib metal roof, the end result is a stunning and durable addition to this lakefront property.
