This was a new construction project build from the ground up with a brand new conventional high rib metal roof. The homeowner selected galvalume colored metal to compliment their upcoming white Hardie Lap Siding, White Vinyl Soffit, and black fixtures. This is a one of a kind custom lake house design that combines the breezy lake life with a splash of Southern Living.
